How do I get started with the Korbit?

To get started, simply create your account and install Korbit on the repositories you'd like Korbit to be enabled on. This will start your free 14 day trial ( no credit card required ) for your entire team.

Do you store my code?

We do not store your code. We only retain your code for the duration of the scan, and have 0 day retention policies with our llm providers ( OpenAI and Anthropic ).

Does Korbit AI use my proprietary code for training language models?

Korbit AI is trained solely on publicly available datasets and never utilizes proprietary code from private repositories for training.

Do I have to pay for all of my development team?

After or during your free trial, you choose how many paid Korbit seats you wish to purchase and assign those seats to the developers you wish to receive the Korbit Pro experience. You can add or remove seats at any time.

Can I choose which repositories Korbit has access to?

For github, you can grant Korbit access to all repos or choose individual repos. For Bitbucket you grant access to your workspace. After which Korbit will start working with no changes to your current development process.

Can an AI Code Reviewer replace human reviewers?

No. Our mission is not to replace anyone, but to empower developers and managers with fast and adaptive AI Code Reviews, automatic PR descriptions and valuable insights into your team.

Is my framework / language supported by Korbit?

We support over 13 programming languages and frameworks, and are constantly adding more to the list. Checkout our docs to see if we're missing something and reach out so we can enable support for your language / framework.

Are there limits to the Korbit Pro subscription?

Currently we have a limit of 2 scans in parallel with a queue which will automatically start scanning once a parallel scan is made available. If you require a higher limit, reach out to our team and we can make adjustments to your teams concurrency limit.

What types of issues can korbit detect?

Korbit can detect a wide range of issues far beyond what a static code analyzer can detect. This can include functional, performance and security issues and much more. You are always in full control and can specify which types of issues you and your team cares about most, and Korbit will take this into consideration this when surfacing issues.

Can I customize Korbit reviews?

Absolutely. Korbit comes out of the box with our recommended configuration, but you can customize which categories and severity levels we will surface on your reviews.

How does Korbit adapt and learn from my feedback?

Korbit's adaptive reviews work by learning which types of issues you ignore, which ones you resolve, and through explicit feedback by thumbs up and down ( GitHub only ). Before Korbit posts reviews, we check if there are similar issues that have been downvoted or ignored and under specific conditions, we will suppress these issues. You can turn off adaptive reviews at anytime in the Korbit Console.
